   Terrible delivery service & no complaints department. HERMES theres no point in putting silly links to a coustomer service robot that doesn't let you complain to you about your service.... Oh wait HERMES let me guess a random parcel number to stop me from not getting help for my complaint.... Stop giving people pointless links to a system that doesn't work and create a complaint department to improve your company. I know no one likes complaints but theres not point fanning about when your company needs Major improvement and listen to the complaints instead of shutting them out. And what complaints you may write under this. You only have to look on here or Google HERMES complaints to view what you clearly want to miss regard. Help people or shut down your business.

   Tried to find out where parcel was after 2 weeks ! Only can listen to robot ! Funmining ! Not worth the bother even on tracing it says the same thing at local depot, tried to deliver but no safe placd to leave it ! We have never been our since march as we are self isolation so who the hell have they tried to deliver to ? Not us ! We live in private walled estate where u have to open main gates and drive to house down drive way and its nog a safe place poppy cick ! Never will use again ! After they left a picture on there site with house numbers on picture still no parcel and no responce from them ! The picture was taken up at main gate where main road and busy traffic ! Im presuming my parcel may of been left there and someone has taken it ! Still no responce from Hermes not heard anything from email or phone ! Disgusting company xxxx
