   Very poor experience my partner ordered a bed from this guy 7 months ago whenever he messaged him about delivery it was nothing but excuses and when my partner asked for the money back the man from the shop blocked both me and my partner we still have not received the bed. We are now going to trading standards about this issue after contacting the police and been advised to do so THIS IS THEFT 1000% do not recommend

   You’re an absolute disgrace my mom ordered and payed for a sofa that was supposed to arrive around 6/7 months ago, when confronted all she received were excuses multiple times and they still haven’t refunded her. DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!!

   I purchased a bed which I seen for sale on Ebay. I was cautious at first as the seller hadn't been on there long and there were no reviews. After speaking to a staff member who reassured me I made a bank transfer. The bed arrived quickly and we are very pleased with it. Communication was excellent and they are a trusted seller.

   We bought one of the sofas in November 2019, seller assured us it will be delivered before Xmas. In fact it didn't happen. When I called the shop seller said it should be delivered before New Year, again not happened. We decided we don't want sofa anymore and want full refund. Seller said that he can give us compensation and he promise it will be delivered on the day we agreed. It was delivered but since then I keep asking about compensation we agreed for but only receiving excuses.... Quality of sofa is good, unfortunately service is very poor, I wouldn't recommend.
