   We have had our kitchen from Tolle Kitchens in Beverley for 5 years now. Still looks as good as new and wearing very well. No major drama. Follow up service with Dorian has been great - helped us our with a recent change to the descaler on our Quooker (Quooker change) and with some specialised colour sealant. Highly recommend Tolle Kitchens- the quality is excellent and I can also recommend Dorian - he managed the kitchen project superbly and went above and beyond in sorting out issues (which were of our house - not the product)

   We decided in January 2024 that we were going to replace our kitchen/utility room. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and started to look at various showrooms. We chose Tolle Kitchens for various reasons but mainly I liked the product they supply and Dorian the showroom manager/designer totally got what I was wanting. He understood my vision which he translated into a fabulous design. The fit was not without issues (damaged worktop/flaws in doors) but these were all spotted immediately and replaced in a timely manner no questions asked. The end result being a kitchen I love, a utility room that has more storage than I could have dreamed and a living space that works for all the family. I highly recommend Tolle, Dorian was a star and project managed everything, including rip out of existing kitchen, skips, electricians, plasterers, decorators, tilers and the final fit.

   Great experience with tolle kitchens from design to completion. Dorian created an initial design from a number of options to make the most of our new space. Tweaking with further improvements and regularly attending site throughout. Top of the range products and great selection. Flexible around installation as our build was delayed a few times. Attention to detail from the kitchen fitter and the worktop fitters. Small delay with our glass. Reported an issue with a door which Dorian came to resolve immediately and offered to replace if it couldn’t be fixed. Absolutely love our new kitchen, would recommend.

   What a fantastic Company - I can't recommend them highly enough! Tolle designed and fitted our complete new kitchen over 7 years ago and it still looks as stunning as it did when first fitted. From the moment we first entered the Beverley showroom to the final 'sign-off', consultation, advice, guidance and all communication with Lynne, John and Dorian was excellent. Dealing with a family business is a great advantage as matters can be discussed directly with the owners. As you would expect from a German-built kitchen, the quality of all items is first class. About 2 weeks ago, our original integrated fridge packed up, (nothing to do with Tolle), so we purchased a new one. Having no idea whatsoever how to fit the new one, I contacted Tolle to ask if they could assist. The response was immediately 'yes, no problem'. A couple of days later, Martin arrived to reverse the door opening hinges and fit the new appliance. Whilst he was here, he also managed to make a couple of small adjustments to cupboard hinges! That is what I call 'customer service'! If you want a top quality kitchen, go to Tolle, which is german for fantastic, super, stunning, great and their kitchens certainly live up to the name.

   Great kitchen design happy to take the money but then excuse after excuse for delays in the installation. Many many calls went unanswered really poor customer service. For the money I spent I should not have to chase for updates. Door quality was so poor rejected about 40-50 doors over months of failed installations. Finally finished after about 18 months from the start. Tolle kitchens blamed the supplier!

   I can’t recommend this company enough. The attention to detail, professional way the whole project was handled from conception to completion was nothing short of perfection. Thank you Dorian for your total commitment it has been much appreciated and then the final touch - a fantastic presentation basket of very nice wines as a thank you. Totally unexpected but what a nice final touch. Don’t know what else I can add, except another huge THANK YOU!!!
