Kiley is amazing. Grooming is definitely not Koopa's favourite thing. Kiley made the whole experience much less stressful, she is so patient and calm. Koopa ended up looking great. We have already booked our next appointment.
Are you sitting comfortably? Where to start... Kiley is a super hero. She has literally transformed the life of the shut down rescue we went to her with. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. Yes, she's professional. Yes, she's absolutely great at what she does. Yes, she genuinely wants to make her guests, (four legged clients), feel safe and be able to trust her, (and they do). Yes, Kiley does the same for the people that bring their beloved pets to her too, but your fur baby is her passion and priority. We took a rescue who had been completely shut down. He'd been with us over 2 years and made very slow progress but was still far from being anything like a dog. It took him over 2 years to find his voice. He's scared of everything but never shown aggression. He just freezes. No response. We couldn't physically get him to groomer, his stomach didn't react well with going in a car. However, while looking for mobile groomers, we found Kiley. She was amazing. Knows what she's talking about. She guided and supported us so much, and that was well before we'd ever met her. She gave me ideas on how to manage some of his care and eventually, with more help, we got to her in person. While Kiley was lovely to me, gave so much empathy and reassurance for how we'd been trying to improve our boys quality of life, she was super flippin' amazing for Duggy Dog. He trusted her. She was confident in what she was doing, talking to him all the time in the kindest voice. It was a massive deal for him and she helped him beyond words. Obviously, there's a big back story but basically, Kiley has changed Duggy Dogs life... completely! We agreed a groom that was in his best interest, (not about his looks. More about his needs and making him happy). She was just brilliant. His groom, literally, was like him shedding a heavy coat of doom and then feeling sunlight for the first time. He's a different dog. His confidence has improved. She gave him so much. Other 'professionals' he'd encountered hadn't made such an impression. Kiley is simply the best groomer I've seen in years. Dug has a new lease of life that only happened because of her, her knowledge, her passion, her way with animals. Thank you so much Kiley.

This was to be Freddies first groom. Freddie is a 18 week old Cockapoo, weighing 7kg. As we had given him a couple of showers in the weeks gone by, It eased the trauma of going to the groomers. He was so relaxed, the work could be carried out very smoothly. He looked fantastic when we returned & it seems he can't wait to go back for his second groom. Great job done, thanks.
Kiley is a true animal lover, and simply adores the dogs and cats, of all shapes and sizes, that go to her for grooming. We've been taking our dogs to her around 17 years, and her expertise and compassion are second too none. Cannot rate her highly enough!

I have recently taken Petal twice to Pampurred Paws and am very impressed. Petal is a rescue dog and can be extremely anxious about having her hair cut and nails trimmed. However, it has been a very positive experience for her at Pampurred Paws. The hair cut is lovely, nails trimmed, all patiently and carefully done and with an understanding of Petal's needs and how best to deal with her anxiety. Petal is a happy customer.
