Lovely staff can't fault it. More importantly my dog loves it and looks and smells great when he's been pampered there

Lisa is a fantastic groomer. I used to be a Groomer many years ago but had to stop due to illness, I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else. They actually get so excited when they are going there so it makes me at ease leaving them. They smell amazing and look amazing too. She deserves 10 stars.

I have been using Exclusively Paws for many year's now and we always receive a very warm welcome plus completely trust their care of my dog(s) (sadly we lost our dear Cavi in May this year and she loved her pamper there) They are true professionals who listen to how you'd like your pet groomed and it's clear they love their jobs. Throughout this strange year due to Covid-19 they have worked tirelessly often fitting pets in resulting in long hours for them. I just can't praise them enough as they are all fantastic. We were one of the first customers when Sue opened the groomers and have been loyal customers for years. However, despite that, we've just been ambushed with an almost doubling in the price we pay for our three dogs - 24 hours before their appointment (by text message!). When I tried to discuss this with them, my concerns were completely dismissed with a "good luck finding your new groomer". I'm not sure what's happening, but with a reduction to just a single groomer, the drop in service and now the poor way this has been handled, I can't in good conscience recommend this groomer any more.
