My dog is a nervous boy, the groomer took the time to calm him prior to entering the building and get to know him. They've all the right gear, to do a great job and I am very pleased with the finished look. Plus, on leaving, my dog was wagging his tail, a good sign he has been treated well. I've already booked his next cut.
