I just won't to say that my dog Charlie had a groom here today with Kayla she done amazing job on him. I was a bit apprehensive because it's the first time, but book Charlie in again. So over the moon how soft & silky & smells lovely. Thank again & alovly young girl she was.see you again soon .
Having been a loyal customer for over 5 years, I missed one appointment due to a serious family issue. Despite offering to pay for the appointment, I received a very rude communication back telling me to take my dog elsewhere. Whilst the grooming has been great the reaction and lack of understanding was concerning and unprofessional to an (ex) loyal customer. If you go there do not expect to be able to communicate in a professional manner if you have any issues that require flexibility.

I was a little apprehensive about leaving my dog for the first time at the groomers as we have only had him for 5 weeks. The team put my mind at ease with their reassurance when I left him. Really good hairdressers as usual, very helpful, nice, knowledgeable and they help u if u need advice where some other hairdressers don't. I only been there 4 a few months, but that's it, is my hairdressers now and forever. Prices r good too. I highly recommend them.
My dog was groomed at Brite Barks for the first time. I would like to say we received an excellent service from well qualified ladies. My golden retriever (Bailey) was well looked after. Will be returning thankyou.
