Irene has the patience of a Saint with my 1 1/2 Yr old yorkie. She introduced her to noises and allowed her to smell all the equipment. She was brilliant, highly recommend

I’m a disabled man with a carer to assist me for 4 hrs a day everything I do has to be planned like a military operation and I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year or so and I had an appointment booked in advance 3 months ago and the night before the appointment my carer gets a phone call at 9pm saying I’ve been “double booked” and Irene can’t groom my dog at the time agreed she offered to do him later that morning but I had to cancel my plans and my carer wasn’t available at that time has it went past her allowed 4 hrs… no other offer was made to make it up-to me and I received no personal apology ….so my appointment was essentially cancelled on very short notice ( 11 hrs ) I can’t get to see another groomer for at least another 3 months so upshot is…my dog will be uncomfortable approaching the hottest weekend ever recorded and it be another 3 months until I can get him done professionally its just incompetence rude and unprofessional it’s left me feeling angry upset and very disappointed
Irene is super nice and helpful, she groom's just how you want and your pooch will look and smell great.
