   I was worried my order might be too small for Fennel, but it was dealt with very professionally and very quickly. Then I realised I needed to top it up with a couple more items and they again responded instantly - in the middle of the Euro finals, in fact. Awesome.... My orders arrived less than 24 hours after I'd paid for them. The products seem great too: I'm very pleased with my handles. They're much more solid than the other ones I'd tried and rejected.    I desperately needed a replacement locker catch for my camper van. I managed to track the supplier down to this company who have been fantastic. Not only did they let me purchase just the part of the lock mechanism I needed rather than the whole thing (all too common I'm afraid), but they took my order and despatched it same day.    I searched high and low for a set of replacement door catches and eventually found them stocked by Fennel via the Amazon website. I sent an email Sunday evening to see if Fennel would deal with me since I had such a small order, had an affirmative reply by 9am the next morning and took delivery by 11am Wednesday morning. I am very pleased that I found this company - can not recommend highly enough.
