   Brilliant service from start to finish. KBD handled everything from start to finish, one thing we didn't want was the hassle of organising various trades and managing the project so they took away any stress and hassle and sorted everything for us. From our first conversation with Dale through the design process to the fitting the project was managed brilliantly from start to finish. The workmen were great who came in and everything was completed on time to the highest standard. Can't recommend enough.

   I cannot praise kitchens by design highly enough - the whole team is professional, courteous & reliable. Ian & Dan did a fantastic job installing bedroom wardrobes two years ago. Therefore, I had no hesitations returning to KBD for the installation of a kitchen. Again and as expected everything from beginning to end went very smoothly. The WHOLE team did a fantastic job. What a refreshing change to find in this day and age. A professional firm.

   We have just completed a kitchen/living area renovation carried out by Kitchens By Design and we are so glad that we chose this superb team of professionals to help create our dream. From the design stage, through rip out, installation and completion the process was seamless! Designing the kitchen was a bit of a headache for us but Dale listened to what we wanted and nailed it. All the guys working on the project were courteous, respectful and again listened to what we wanted - a truly talented, professional and kind team of craftsmen. After project support is available and I feel I could call the showroom at any point to ask for advice (not that this is needed). Thank you KBD you made a complex design and install seem easy and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a great result!

   I can’t recommend this company highly enough, I’ve been working with them for 5 years and they have designed & installed kitchens, bathrooms & bedrooms for all of my family during that time too. Their products stand the test of time, the service is second to none - and they always deliver what they promise at the outset. The photographs speak for themselves.    A fantastic experience all the way from planning to installation of our new kitchen. We found KBD to be a very friendly, experienced and knowledgable team as well as patient. We were initially very indecisive about what we wanted but Dale our designer worked hard to provide us with the guidance needed to create exactly what we wanted. The entire team worked tirelessly to make sure that we got our dream. We hit some minor bumps along the way but these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We cannot thank the whole team enough (joiner/plumber/electricians/plasters/designers). We are over the moon with our new kitchen thank-you.

   The work main work we had done was to improve the kitchen and in a new build house! We also needed an office area in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen Direct were very helpful. They took on board my ideas and gave me lots of information and help to achieve the final results. The staff in store kept us informed throughout the process and the workmanship was excellent. House neat and tidy when they finished the job.

   We have just bought our kitchen from here. From the very beginning we where shown a great openess for what we where looking for. We where helped with visual design and given positive direction for what we could do with our space. At no point have we have been pushed to make decisions or to close. We dealt with Jodie and she was exceptional. We couldn't praise her enough for all her help. She's a credit to the business and to the industry. It's a shame we only have the one kitchen in our home. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience and an amazing kitchen. It's a little more then places like Wren or B&Q but the quality is far superior.
