Harley has been fantastic after we had an extremely traumatic experience with another groomer. She took time to carry out a consultation, understanding my concerns and the needs of my boy before working with me on a groom plan. Harley put my boys welfare at the centre of the groom allowing for early morning appointments in quieter times, shorter sessions and an option for me to stay with him. She was extremely professional, empathetic and understanding, resulting in my boys coat looking fabulous, actually the best he's ever looked! He's much happier and I'm reassured and comfortable knowing he's safe and happy whilst being groomed. Can't recommend enough. Thank you.
Unfortunately I had a very awful experience today with my dogs. I booked in both my dogs for a groom - I mentioned before hand that one of my dogs may get nervous without the other present. I received a call that my dog had a very liquid poo and could I come down. I came down straight away, explained she had been fine in herself this morning and it must be because they had my second dog in another room. They had completed my first dogs groom, on the dog which had the accident they had bathed her, dried her and then she pooed. They then told me they had wiped the poo off her so I could take her home. They have now said that the second dogs groom will be £35. I think this is disgusting as my other dog was the same price and she had a full groom - not just a bath. I understand they weren’t able to fill the space due to the short notice of the dogs accident - however, I do not agree I would have to pay that amount. I also would like to add, I stated I would be happy to take one of my dogs and leave the other to see how she got on by herself - I also said I would book back in if that was easier. But now I will not be returning to Harley’s. I have heard lots of stories of added on costs to customers after collecting their dogs (one being from my mother) however as I had not experienced this myself I thought I would give them another go. If the manager of the salon wants to get in contact with me to discuss this further I am open to communication as at this point in time I am refusing the £35 price point.
First time for our Pouch very worried that she would play up as she is very excitable with new people dropped her off at 13.00 on Saturday the Ladies put me at ease stating she would be fine I collected her at 14.00 asking if she had behaved I was surprised by the answer she had been perfect a bit dubious of the bath for her shampoo but overall good her coat is gleaming and nails excellent I was so impressed that my girl is going again in May after spending time in kennels well done Harleys
We have been taking our dog, Molly, to Harley’s for 3 years now and they never disappoint. So happy with the groom and they take such good care of Molly. Thank you for the amazing service

Jasmine is our shih tzu fur baby and is well looked after at Harleys. The staff that work here treat our babies like their own and nothing is too much for them. Would always recommend.
Took my cocker spaniel here for the 1st time last week, absolutely love the quality of the groom they performed on Rolo. I love the fact I can walk to the premises from my house now that it is on Priors. I can highly recommend Harleys and I look forward to bringing Rolo back in July.
