Excellent job. Came out to do our old girls nails and was so quick and easy compared to when we used to take her to the vets. Was done in no time at all and no stress on the dog.
I would give this zero stars if I could!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend to anyone using this company. We have a beautiful white golden retriever and given the current circumstances with the lockdown, a mobile groomers seemed the best way to go. We EXPLICITLY told the man not to shave/clip the dog, retrievers have two coats and are well-known for their long hair. What came back did not even look like our dog. He had shaved him and hacked his hair around his ears to pieces. An experienced groomer would know that YOU DO NOT SHAVE GOLDEN RETRIEVERS. I think its disgraceful that they say they have 'expert pet groomers' and I will never, ever go back to them again. I have attached photos of before and after just to show you how awful it is!
I've been a posh pets customer for years. I have a large German Shepard who's highly protective of her house and Jack always arrives calm and is patient with her. She reacts to this very positively and is well behaved. He always does as we ask and she looks great! Would Highly recommend
We rescued our Wire Fox Terrier ( Bobby ) 2 years ago and Jack has groomed him several times. The first time was very basic, because the dog was quite a mess and in need of a good bath and a close cut. The next time Bobby was groomed he looked fantastic. Jack groomed him to the Wire Fox Terrier Standard and he looked amazing! Jack strips him rather than shaves him which keeps his tri-colour coat colours looking good. Stripping allows for the wire hairs to remain and the undercoat removed so he doesn’t become grey in colour. It is very convenient to have Jack come to the house and our dog loves getting to go on the van for his grooming session. We have nothing but praise for Jack and his service, which is very dependable and caring.
