   I completed both my Certificate and Diploma with Rascals, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to train. From day one, I was made to feel completely welcome and supported. Amy was my trainer, and she was amazing - so patient, knowledgeable, and always full of encouragement. The whole team are incredibly skilled, kind, and genuinely care about every student and every dog. The atmosphere at Rascals is always positive and full of laughs, which made training so much fun.

   My partner gave me a 'Day in the Life of a DG' voucher at Rascals. I had recently completed a six month City and Guilds Level 2 at a bigger training college earlier this year so I had some DG skills. What really stood out for me was how welcoming the whole team was. Katie made me feel welcome and paired me with Abi who explained things clearly and gave lots of encouragement. The whole team was friendly, including the dogs! I loved the vibe and the ethos of the dog grooming studio. It was relaxed and friendly, yet everyone made sure that the dogs were comfortable and groomed on time. What a great place to train or get your dog groomed. And they sell dog food and accessories!
