   Dear Tracey, Thank you for taking the time to write your review about my two year old toy poodle whilst she was at Pampered Pets. I can assure you that the procedure used by the groomer is fine by me, as the owner of the dog as it was for her safety. Please do not report these very good groomers who I have been using for 4 years. I am more than happy to speak to the RSPCA should they wish to speak to me.

   We took our Maine Coon for her first groom today. The staff are absolutely lovely, I was so pleased to see how caring and loving they were towards Lexi. She’s come home a different, lovely smelling cat. I’m so happy her sister is booked in for tomorrow.

   This is the first time I have used pampered pets, and I was very impressed. The first time I took Angus to a dog groomer, he was very scared. This time, pampered pets did an amazing job and he came away really calm, happy, and floofy! Will definitely come back.

   My dog has now been twice. Has had nice tidy hair cut. Friendly service, and they were kind enough to squeeze him in on short notice. however..... the last appointment lasted 2 hours long for full groom, i can only assume they were mega mega busy!! And perhaps had too many dogs at once. my dog does suffer anxiety and he was really up the wall for the rest of the evening when he came home sadly. as last time he visited he was fine. But less time spent there. Such a shame as lovely hair cut and nice people! But havnt seen my dog like that in a looong time! Which has put me off really. But dont let this review put you off, i just think what with the run up to xmas they are super busy.

   This place and these people are brilliant. Every time I have walked by I see it full of dogs literally being pampered. Our two year old mixed spaniel had a traumatic early groom in a different large chain and we've been trying to manage him at home rather than go through the stress (and vet bill - this other groomer cut his privates with an unasked for close shave). We didn't think we would find a place to leave him and feel comfortable but here it is. Thank you so very much. He is bouncing around very proud of his newly groomed look. We really can't thank you enough for the oatience and care you took. You are excellent, good people. Thank you and see you again soon.
