    Ordered click and collect to store. Went to store to collect product with my unique code which is needed to collect item, informed by Louis that this item had already been collected. I didn’t collect parcel and informed staff member of this. Two weeks later after giving email address and phone number no one has rang me about my missing £65 order. Shockingly bad service. I have contacted my bank and they are now going to retrieve funds.
