   Elaine and team assisted with getting apostille stamp from FCDO. She received the documents on Monday and by Thursday I had it back in hand which quite frankly is nothing short of amazing considering it had to go up the country etc. She was super helpful from the start and made sure I knew what to check for before I left the local authority office with the documents otherwise it may have been rejected and we would’ve had to start from scratch. Don’t get me wrong I might (big might) have been able to do this myself however the wait time would’ve been longer and also trust in others handling important documents to be processed quickly was also a concern for me. Elaine is really reasonably priced and quite frankly for the level of response and turnaround if I ever needed anything similar doing I wouldn’t look to go anywhere else.

   I have used Elaines' services on a number of occasions over the past 20 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of Spanish law and all it's strange intricacies. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services and to recommend her if you need a Spanish lawyer. If you are buying or selling a property in Spain don't even think about trying to do it yourself or follow an agents instructions. Elaines advice has been invaluable.

   We called to get a document urgently notarised . After 10 minutes on the phone answering the questions the receptionist told us that we had to wait a week. A fact she could have shared at the beginning.

   Useless administration staff, but excellent knowledge and expertise from Elaine. When you employ a person as a first line contact, employ someone that knows what they are doing. Sadly, Amanda hasn't a clue. If you like being frustrated waiting responses, use Standish. Otherwise use someone else.
