   They call themselves a law firm , what a joke ! Money grabbing! Ros Edwards even tried to bill me for 40 hours work in a week . She was more worried about her trip to Venice. The barrister at court was a joke, not prepared didn't listen to what I said and didn't question anything. You put your trust and a lot of money in these so called professionals , go anywhere but Wannops.

   I have prompted Wannops to reply on several occasions but they totally ignore requests! Very questionable as not demonstrating the expected professional conduct or showing any duty of care ! Not proactive hence the issue is still ongoing after 4 years !

   My father passed in the height of Covid & you were no longer able to go into banks or registrar offices etc to report deaths. So I enlisted the help of the probate department at Wannops which is my nearest local solicitors (& a family member had used them before & had said good things). The ladies guided me through everything probate wise which was a godsend as my late father & I were "distant" & I knew very little about his financial circumstances. Yes, you have to obviously pay for their services but I'm unsure how I would've negotiated this alone as sadly so many people were dying from covid at this time & all services related to dealing with a death were inundated with reports. I'm now using their conveyancing department as my late father's property is about to be sold. Again, the PA for this department is understanding of me never having done this before & has guided me to date. Understanding & professional. Will use again if needs be.

   I have called up Wannops Conveyancing Bognor Branch and requested three times now a quote to remortgage and transfer off equity on my property. They have never once got back to me once as promised. Very unprofessional and feel very let down considering using Wannops LLP Chichester family law branch for my divorce.
