Fantastic service and communication throughout the whole process! As a first time buyer, with little knowledge, they guided me the whole way and made it smooth sailing. Always able to speak to someone and, most importantly, they did everything they said would, when they said they would do it. Can't put a price on that in my opinion. Would not use anyone else!

I am in the process to buy a property for nearly eight months now - still not an answer for the completion date . The only quick step was to ask for the deposit to be transferred . I would choose a solicitor from the mainland , not this service .
Shockingly unresponsive. Very very poor customer service. It takes multiple attempts to get a response out of them. The only thing you get immediately is an automatic generic reply. Really bad service.
Slow and passive for no apparent reason. They have delayed my move which has caused an unbelievable amount of stress on me and my family. Need a rocket up their backsides Edit- found out why they are so slow. they've taken on too many cases preventing them from being able to deal with clients in a timely manner. Took 2 months just to apply for a piece of documentation.
