I only wish I had met Joanne much sooner! I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. One thing that really stood out was being able to stay with my dogs during their appointment — it made such a difference in easing their anxiety. My Mum had brought my spaniel Buddy here a few times, to help me out. I’ve never visited myself but I’m always very happy with how he looks on his return. He always smells fantastic too! I’ve tried several dog groomers and I’m most pleased with Nora. I’d certainly recommend.

I’m so happy that we found Nora Bones dog grooming. Very patient in dealing with our Millie as she was very anxious dog. Jo really took good care of our Millie very thorough with her grooming. Highly recommended. We really appreciated her kindness in welcoming Millie as we booked last minute. We will see Jo again in 8 weeks. ❤️
It was our first time visiting Nora Bones but we were very happy with Joanne and the care she gave to our two dogs. Our puppy was having her first puppy groom and our other dog needed her claws clipping. Both were anxious in a new environment but Jo was calm and relaxed. We will definitely return and already have booked for next time.
Fabulous friendly professional service. Jo takes the time to get to know your dog and how you want them groomed. She puts the dogs welfare above all and is happy for you to be as involved as you want. Highly recommended
