Great service, Ozzy felt perfectly at home and had never smelt so good. Highly recommend to anyone who (like us) are a little dubious as to how there dog will take to having a bath with strangers. Also went above and beyond, as Ozzy had a massive build up of wax in his ears that had been irritating him for some time (main reason for booking him in) Berni went above and beyond giving his ears the attention they needed... will take him often now... very happy with an A class service...
