   We recently moved house and got back in touch with Nathaniel to update our life insurance and the process was brilliant from start to finish. He is incredibly helpful, professional and makes the whole process straightforward. When it came up that my husband had had a medical issue back in March 2023 he suggested getting in touch with our provider regarding our critical illness cover and it turned out that we were eligible for a pay out that we had never even considered. This has been a huge help to our family with the new house and two small children so we are so grateful it was flagged up to us. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into wills/life insurance/critical illness cover.

   We have been in contact with Michelle Weller over the last few months to sort our wills and insurances. Michelle has been throrough throughout, giving us the best information and advice for our family. She has been professional, kind and supportive even though we had to delay for a few months! There was never any push for anything to be completed, if we said we didnt want cover for something we didnt feel forced into taking it and she explained everything to us in detail so we understood everything. It has made the process a lot easier and we would definitely recommend!

   I cannot remember if i have already Google reviewed, so doing this (possibly) again! I had a great service. I took a will writing service that was on special offer to NHS staff (I'm a nurse). I also asked my servitor, Leigh, to look into my personal protection policies as they were confusing to me. He kindly came up with a new proposed cover package which is currently under way, and for this I will be paying a fee. I felt my questions were answered, I understood the process and it progressed at a rate I could follow. The Zoom calls were clear. A good service all round.

He was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. We felt really well supported and confident in the decisions we made. It may be a long and tedious process at times, but Nathaniel was methodical and made the process simple for us. We greatly appreciated his insights and he was able to explain the pros and cons of various types of life insurance easily and helped us get the best coverage for our circumstances, far superior than what we could access generally.    I recently used Dunham McCarthy to write my will and look into Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover for myself to make sure I was protected if the worst was ever to happen. From day one, Dunham McCarthy made the process extremely easy to understand and follow, and I felt supported at every stage. Nathaniel was extremely helpful and took the time to explain each step of the process in detail and researched policies to meet my needs whilst working within my budget. The use of Microsoft Teams for meetings made the process really easy and stress free. The communication was brilliant at all stages. I would definitely recommend them!

   I have used Dunham McCarthy for my first mortgage, re-mortgage, will writing and life insurance. Found via YouTube, their videos were to the point and resourceful. They are professional, honest and listen to your needs. As a client they treat you as a priority and with the utmost respect. Reasonable fees for the mortgages and a free will writing service which is extremely easy to use and convenient.    I recently used Dunham McCarthy to provide the free will writing service and the information and support provided by Nathaniel McKenzie was absolutely brilliant. We held Teams meetings which were set up with plenty of notice and it worked really well. Nathaniel listened to what we needed, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly as we progressed. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, offering advice and guidance without being too 'pushy'. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

   I recently used Dunham McCarthy as a first-time homebuyer and the service provided by Nicola McKenzie was absolutely brilliant. I came across the company on YouTube and enjoyed their informative videos covering the property buying process. I approached Nicola and she scheduled an appointment on Teams, where she listened to what I needed, asked the right questions, and provided the best solutions. Every solution came with an explanation and she really had my best interest at heart. I also used Nicola for my life insurance and for their complimentary will writing service. The communication was remarkable and the service was incredible throughout my journey with this company. I will definitely be using them in the future again and cannot recommend them enough. They really are brilliant!
