They recently did my conveyancing for a house sale. The basics were done (ie the sale went through), but the communication leading up to it was terrible. Didn’t acknowledge receipt of emails or documents when requested, ignored questions about the conveyancing forms and did not once return my phone calls. I also had a question about my bill which they ignored and I had to seek clarification elsewhere. I’d definitely not use them again. At a stressful time of sale, a few brief responses would have put me at ease but they couldn’t be bothered to do that. Very poor customer service in my view.

I would never use these again. They breached GDPR not once but twice and had the nerve to tell my partner that the level of the breach was low even though they gave away our new address to someone who we didn't want knowledge of it due to them being abusive. They also included my partners email address in an email to another client with their information on it. Appears that they do not take personal data seriously and have no eye for detail. We are now worried about my partner's ex as he knows where we live. They told us this was all low risk and only received £200 in compensation. Disgusting that they value our safety and privacy so low

Dealing with my move on a flat that is a vacant place and their is no chain and said would be in before Xmas and has still not gone through! Level of service has been poor not letting me know what stage we are at and had them recommended to me.Been put on the bottom of the pile I expect. Needs to happen now ASAP

Though pleasant enough I would not recommend them. I was let down and failed on more than one occasion. They did not even apologise to me after accepting my lease extension request, knowing I had a time limit on the lease extension offer. I thought having information on my flat, from a sale which fell through and was drawn out for the best part of a year, they would be in a good place to deliver on the lease extension but they didn't.

Poor level of service, they do not respond to enquiries from other solicitors, resulting in hold ups during sale processes, they have not started proceedings despite having the relevant paperwork for over a month. The whole process is an absolute shambles, and this is almost entirely due to the unprofessional conduct of this company.
