    Pretty poor experience working with McDonald Oats. Stalled multiple times despite the land transaction being exactly the same as before that they advised on. They also cost twice as much as our other solicitor. Recommend M&L as a more cost effective and prompt solicitors in property and land. We finally got transaction completed after chasing multiple times. Won't be using them again.

    I emailed them to ask a simple question about witnessing a signature. Four days later, didn't bother to respond, even to tell me to go to hell. Obviously only interested in those coming to them with "big bucks" issues. Typical shysters. AVOID!
