   I have nothing but praise for CRASH and JMK solicitors from the moment I contacted them following my accident right the way through to the claim's resolution. CRASH explained the process really well from the beginning, contacted my insurer to inform them of the accident, all forms and photos from the scene were able to be done through their App which helped enormously and they provided me with a courtesy car delivered to my door the following day. They kept me fully updated throughout the process and reassured me continously, with my insurer emailing me confirming my no claims bonus was unaffected the same day I was told the claim was settled. They really took all of the stress out of the process. All in all an exceptional service, would highly recommend to anyone not at fault from a traffic accident.

   Crash are simply fantastic. I have (unfortunately) had to use Crash 3 times now. Every single time they have excelled. Nothing is too much trouble & EVERYTHING is taken care of for you. All I had to do was take the car to the garage for repairs. I would highly recommend them if you are unfortunate enough to have been in an accident. An absolutely first class service. Keep up the amazing work.

   My experience isn't great, can't get car fixed since May!!! Still waiting, been told to finde garage my self. Each time I rang, answer is phone you back in two weeks (since May). Deeply regret that I went to crash.

   Recently involved in an accident. Got a heads up from H and H recovery to go to Crash Services. Had a courtesy car delivered to my house within 3 hours. From then on every part of the incident was extremely well looked after. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful and a special mention to Aishling. Can't thank Crash enough.
