I brought my dog here for a simple nail clip, it was a booked appointment, and 1 staff member, who was wearing black leggings and had an ankle tattoo, has left her traumatised. I explained she’s a rescue dog and nervous, I offered to come and hold her, but they stood in the middle of the room, didn’t use the grooming tables, and as one young girl (who I actually felt bad for her) held her in the air the older woman clipped her nails. I watched her repeatedly grab my dog with way too much aggression for it to be classed professional and also hit her face whilst shouting “no” as she wriggled, and it made me extremely uncomfortable and worried. I’ve taken my dog to other groom rooms, mainly the one in Bletchley, and never faced such problems. The staff don’t want to be there, and should really ask themselves if they want to work with animals at all. I am disgusted.

Never seen such horrible customer service in my life! From the beginning they seemed very annoyed and rude about having to groom my dog. Once I came back they said I would be charged extra next time for having my dogs nails clipped because he was very hesitant (I am paying for that service so I don’t understand why I would need to pay extra…)

After a year of coming here and growing increasingly frustrated by moaning and winging, we are not coming back, you have lost £150 every 6 weeks, for the next 12 years totalling around £18,000 turnover from our single family. I am very disappointed that you keep acting like our 2 dogs are an inconvenience, calling them aggressive or badly behaved and constantly complaining about them. Neither of our dogs have never ever bitten anyone, adult, child or animal, both are exceptionally well socialised, nothing beyond excited kisses. Todays groom was a disaster, our border collie is not even clean, she still has mud in her fur. Your staff need retraining and most importantly to learn some people skills too. We have almost a million unfilled job vacancies in the UK at this time, if you dont love your work and love the dogs, do something else, and stop costing this business money

My little princess was so terrified of having her claws done, sadly due to awful experiences she has been through with a previous veterinary surgery and a groomer we used to attend. We tried various natural products to reduce her stress but nothing helped. They were so understanding and worked with her to get all done in one appointment as opposed to others not managing it, so then having to go to multiple appointments. A veterinary nurse suggested a prescription medication should be used which a vet recommended was the way forward, but we were concerned at the risks of this. I gave instructions on how I wanted the groom cut and it was done better than anyone else I have tried since I have had her, and everyone has been complimenting it ever since. The spa treatments are fabulous and worth every penny and we were lucky enough that they have a special deal on for them currently. I can't recommend them enough!!! Great job keep it up and many thanks again x

Disappointed with my visit with my miniature dachshund today. She comes for a regular full groom, plus a teeth clean. I was called today after 15 minutes to say she was done. I commented on how quick she’d been, to just be told “well she’s ready”. I came home and gave her a 2 minute brush and produced the fur in the photo. At £45 for 15 minutes, that’s not a bad hourly rate. A very different experience to usual and I’m very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Fantastic guidance, help and understanding in grooming our dog today. Put me at ease, with patience and professionalism. Our dog was so relax and happy to go inand still happy when he came out. Thank you to the team at Milton Keynes

Perhaps they should get rid of the glass door front if they're going to brutalize dogs. We'd booked in weeks ago when we got to the desk and were waiting for our dog's appointment and saw a blonde women in crocs brutally yelling and pulling on a dogs legs whilst the dog trembled in fear. There was no way we were putting our dog through that we turned around and left even though our dog is overdue her trim. Better overgrown than traumatised.

Sadly the tidy trim was not tidy and bits of fur we're sticking out. Please see who groomed Nala in November 2021 their work was 100%. I will not be coming back after seeing a very aggressive German Shepherd which was not muzzled. Real shame as it would have been 7 star treatment last year

I had my Uno bathed and brushed…. And I can say without a shadow of a doubt a brush never touched his fur. Me and my fiancée were covered in hair by the time we got to the car. Would recommend to avoid as we were not the only unhappy people I could see that day.

Been taking my dog here since he was born gets groomed every 6 weeks really gone down hill in the last few months. 6 weeks ago nobody turned up to groom the dog. Now a phone call that they can’t do his groom next week but can fit me in April. Such a shame. Really disappointed
