   Just sorted our wills out! Very easy as our solicitor Juliet Hibbert asked my husband and I all the questions we hadn’t even thought of. She went through every scenario . She took lots of notes and within a very short space of time she sent us the drafts that covered everything we had discussed. A quick meet up to sign the originals and we were done. Ms Hibbert’s personable manner and professional approach meant that it was a very efficient, time effective process. I would recommend her services to anyone.

   We have used Carina Pennant-Williams for 3 years in a very complex case. Her understanding of the problems with the equipment, handling (damaging) eggs is excellent. Her turn round of information is on time and punctual. I would recommend her on her ability to understand the many different areas problems occur.

   We have recently completed on a house purchase. Andrew Wilkinson an Associate of this practice was the conveyancing solicitor for the practice. My solicitor has only had dealings with this solicitor on one other occasion. That time he found Mr Wilkinson unresponsive when trying to find out where the sale was up to and if there where any problems that needed remedying. Mr Wilkinson nearly never picked up his phone, he occasionally returned phone calls preferring to use email. Email would not have been a problem, however he rarely responded to these either. We spent approximately 6 months in the dark about how we were progressing and missed 4 moving deadlines. I would not recommend this practice to do conveyancing as Mr Wilkinson does not seem to have a customer service. Even our buyer couldn't get hold of him and didn't get responses. Moving home is usually stressful. This became painful and wasn't due to covid. There was just very little customer service. Please be aware.

   We had a complex conveyance on a penthouse apartment where some of the access issues were not clear. In addition the seller was being slow to respond and at times it was quite tense. Susannah at BCW held our hand throughout and keep constantly in touch via email until it was all sorted. I cannot say how stress relieving this was to know someone knew what they were doing and was immediately contactable when we had doubts. Great service and good value considering the difficulties involved. Thanks
