Dr Watson, my West Highland White Terrier was badly behaved at other groomers but is perfectly happy with the team at K9. They are so good with my dog and I would highly recommend them.
Searched the area for a groomer that was confident to take our 4yo Bernese Mountain Dog Wilson who we rescued from a kill shelter, It was his 1st ever trip to groomers and Rhia and her lovely team were brilliant, Wilson was very nervous and they let us stay with him and did a marvellous job, we've booked him in again and we look forward to building his confidence. Wow - these girls are amazing. I believe my chihuahua to be the most difficult dog on the planet. However, he was not a great problem to them and they pampered him for well over an hour leaving him looking like a different dog! I can thoroughly recommend them.
We took our rescue border collie Nia to K9 Clip and Shine for the first time today & could not be happier. This was the first time we have attempted to take her to a groomers as she is very anxious and can be difficult to handle around other dogs. Despite this, the team were extremely reassuring and managed to put both Nia and I at ease. The grooming session went smoothly and we got to take home a very happy, shiny, bubblegum-scented collie! This is testimony to the team's skill and love for the dogs which cross their threshold, I highly recommend K9 Clip and Shine to anyone looking for a caring, professional dog groomers in Northampton.
The dog loves coming here which is a great sign! Friendly, affordable, esp with the 'frequent flyer' discounts, the pup always comes out looking spiffy and v pleased with herself.
Sam was kind, patient and professional - she did an excellent job with our 7mth old pup who is not the most cooperative in these circumstances! We are booked in again and will be making this our regular salon.

Had the pleasure of taking my boxer dog for his full groom today. He looks absolutely brilliant when I picked him up. They had done a fantastic job. Will definitely be going back and recommend that you take your pets here.
I had my boy clipped here before lock down and they were 100% perfect... so lovely to him, calmed his nerves and he came home looking amazing! Due to lock down I tried to be responsible and used a groomer more local to me recently and they did such an awful job (he looks like a 3 year had been left alone with blunt scissors!), I felt compelled to write a positive review for k9 clip&shine as it’s highlighted just how brilliant they are... Highly recommend!
