A very professional service all round. Cab was punctual with a friendly lady driver. Fares were reasonable too for time of day. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have used Crown taxis multiple times this weekend while we have been in the area for a wedding. Every time they have been fab! Pre booking is easy and they’re so reliable. You get a text when they’re arriving with the reg of the car so you know which taxi is yours. Would 100% recommend!

From my 1st phone call to my final journey home from work while the trains were on strike I was given great service. The drivers were always on time and very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Crown Taxis again and I'm happy to recommend them.
Taxi 194 was very abusive when I asked if he could move his car forward from blocking the gates outside Southway Primary school. He was shouting and swearing at me. Even after I said I have young children in the car. I called the number that was on the roof to report the disgusting and unnecessary verbal abuse I received from the driver of the Taxi. All the person on the phone said... do you know the badge number? I replied that I have the registration number and a description of the car. The person then said that it's not good enough.. you have to have the badge number. I then saw the car and driver a few weeks later and passed on the information to the council. It's a gray Jaguar. Driver is roughly 60 years old with gray hair. There's about 15 witnesses.
