   I can honestly say Helen's Taxis are the best company I have ever used on so many levels. The ease of actually making a booking, the confirmation email giving so much detail. A very reasonably priced quote. Cars which were spotlesly clean and very comfortable to ride in. I had to be in Southampton for spinal surgery. It's about hour's journey from home. I was anxious and in pain and Martin my driver was very sympathetic to my needs. It was a very steady comfortable journey. He helped me into the hospital reception with my bag, nothing was to much trouble. I felt very cared for and looked after. My return journey five days later I had the pleasure of meeting Mario who was equally as attentive as Martin. Both of them are excellent, careful, considerent drivers and really look after there passenger. As and when I need a taxi again I would definitely look no further than booking with Helen's Taxis and hopefully Martin or Mario would be available. I highly recommend Helen's Taxis.    How wonderful to find a service that does what it promises! Mario (car 28) was punctual, his car was spotless and comfortable. He was charming and most reassuring when we hit heavy traffic.    My parents booked an airport transfer with Helen's (from Gatwick to Chichester), but their flight was cancelled 1 hour before take off. They rebooked a flight and so at very short notice required a taxi at 2am couple of days later. Thankfully, Helen's taxi were extremely accommodating to make arrangements to collect them. They said the driver Damian was very good. Thank you so much

   We have used Helen’s taxis for years and never had any problems until today. My daughter booked a taxi for 8am today to take her to the airport. The taxi didn’t arrive and when we rang she was told there was no record of her booking. She booked 2 days ago and at the time She was given the exact price by the the lady that took the booking - she did not ask for an email address to confirm the booking. We are furious that we were left in such a difficult and stressful situation. There were no local taxis that could take her at the last minute and we feel very let down. I reiterate that this has never happened before but am bitterly disappointed
