   Thursday 4th Dec. Booked a cab from our hotel to Goodwood. Firstly he was 15 minutes late and didn't even apologise. But the driver was lovely and got us there on time driving very sensibly which is more than I can say for the pick up! 1am pick up. The driver felt it was absolutely fine to drive 60 in a 30 !!!!!! I was absolutely horrified that a taxi firm of all companies who must rely on their licence to put themselves, us and anyone else on the road at risk driving DOUBLE the speed limit through a 30 of all places! Sorry but one bad driver in this firm has put us off using them again. Licence plate ended in GGX or GGY, I can't remember.

   Do NOT use this firm. My taxi was ordered for 5.30 to go to a 6pm meeting at Goodwood as I do not like driving in the dark. It arrived half an hour late, at 6pm just as I was getting in to my car to drive myself. As a result I was very late for the meeting. The driver said he had only just been summoned. There was no apology from a firm which had promised extra help as I have to walk with a stick. I would give this company NO STARs if it was an option. Daphne Vickers. Dec.3,

   Good decision to have a taxi back to Chichester from Heathrow after a very full on trip to Iceland. I received a message to say the driver had arrived and he was waiting for me at arrivals. Very professional, and pleasant company on the journey. Smooth drive and for an older woman travelling at night with heavy luggage it was a blessing . I am sorry I didn't get the driver's name but thank him for taking the stress out of the journey home which took only approx 90 mins.

   Can't thank starline enough for making my wedding day a little more special we hired the limo it was so beautiful they put my wedding colour ribbon on the driver turned up waited for us girls to get ready no rushing us my self and 4 young flower girls got taken to the register office poor driver my flower girls were very excited and a little loud waving to everyone. When myself and my husband came out the drive again was waiting for us again he didn't rush us as we was having photos taken 1000% recommend to use this company the service we received was just amazing and perfect

   I really like Starline taxi, I have been using their service for quite some time now and I have no problem at all...However, the customer service agent that took my call today was very rude, he keeps interrupting me, got no respect and no patience. I hope the management will listen to the call recording and do some evaluation on this agent. Call time 4:54PM 08/03/2023

   I had a lovely lady on the phone for my first call and it was all booked and set, I called again after waiting a while to see if there was a dispatch text or anything to let me know ETA or something but the other woman on the phone quickly dismissed me and hung up when I was asking some questions. Very rude.
