   Can’t compliment this company enough. Spent Christmas with family, and as a family of five adults, staying a few miles away they were able to make our Christmas stress free. While other companies struggled, nothing was an issue for yellow taxis. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you all!

   I got stuck in Butlins after my car battery failed and called this taxi company to jumpstart my car. Although sadly we couldn't get the car going (and it needed a new battery) the taxi driver was lovely and patient and tried many times to get the car going. Thank you for making an already stressful situation a bit easier for me

   Have always used yellow star for all my taxi needs and have had tip top service. My only criticism is please dont arrive for an airport pickup at the same time the plane is landing and keep calling to ask where and how long I will be. I am not the pilot. May be a good idea to remind drivers to check flight details as these are given when booking the taxi. Wont make them so grumpy because of having to wait. Your still my favourite taxi service though!

   Needed a taxi at 10pm on a Saturday night in early December to take 2 elderly [in their 80's] neighbours home from Felpham village. No taxis were available from anywhere for 'hours'. Neighbours said they would start walking but due to their age coupled with the fact one of them has mobility issues and the other had recently had an operation, we were frantic. Telephoning the lady again who was on duty at at Yellow Star, she fully understood our situation and managed to juggle things around in order that we had a car in 15 minutes or so. Superb service and we can't thank you enough. Certainly our 'go to' for a taxi.

   I have been using the company for some time. Generally the service has been good, but recently it has not been up to standard. A few times I have had a dirty car, the fixed fares from barnham do not seem inline with other fares, somewhat rude on the phones. Sadly I think I'll be using alternative services from now on

   Well we ordered the cab 5 HOURS before. There was a problem with the app where it looked as though it was cancelled 10 seconds before. Yes 10 seconds!! Even saw the taxi come outside and then quickly drive off. Then the controller said have to wait over an hour again. Interesting app plus cancel at last minute. If young then fine if you can wait again for another an hour. If you need to get back for baby sitters please don’t use. Unreliable and not flexible plenty of other taxi firms. Parents with children you are warned!

All the staff at the office are lovely too, for example.. one late evening late last year my phone ran out of charge so I couldn't contact my dad and the lovely lady in the office luckily had a charger that fit my phone and offered to put it on charge while I was waiting in the office for my taxi
