   Never answer the phone, have called numerous time's and never get hold of a Taxi with them. Is their any point of even having a phone number if you never answer it.

   Awful experince booked a taxi in advance to go to HMS Collingwood and the taxi simply did not show up and when i tried to call it went to voicemail. Disappointing.

   New to area they answered the phone quickly, they where professional said my driver who's name was Bob would get to me at a certain time and if he could get to me quicker she would text me ,driver arrived on time, great service by everyone.

   Had a taxi last night from Lee on Solent area driver was very professional, he waited about 10 mins for us which is not like other taxi company in Gosport area. It was a smooth journey. I will am glad that I chose Dial a taxi. This is my new favourite taxi company as we use taxi regularly specially late night. Will recommend to friends. Price was reasonable.
