   Absolutely unreliable my girlfriend asked for a taxi for ten minutes past 3 and it didn't arrive till 18 minutes past and because of the delay I missed my train to London 2a hatherly gardens they keep saying the card reader is not working then all of a sudden it's working when you say you don't have cash to hand. Why do I have to pay cash it's a few of them saying this

   I wanted to book a taxi for a school run.First attempt hang up on me after the 2nd attempt i finally managed to speak with the dispatcher when i given the address where i wanted to go he hang upon me try to call again i answer at all.

   Used this company to get us from Butlin's to bognor train station as we needed to head back home and the driver was freindly and arrived quick and the car was clean the seats were clean i will use again next time i'm in Bognor Next year, i would reccomend this company to anybody in Bognor regis

   Rude, booked taxi for an hour after I called and was half hour late, called in to only be told “ it’s on the way” very abruptly, taxi pulled up outside and was the rudest we’ve ever had, never using this company again, we usually don’t but our taxi company was fully booked!

   Pre- booked a taxi last night as I knew a lady on my own I wouldn’t want to be standing alone late at night, phoned to say I was running 10 minutes late and after taxi was no where to be seen, ended up waiting for an Uber.

   Not worth the one star which had to give, placed a call yesterday to book a taxi for the following evening!! First no show at time which was ordered for, called back, was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes not really acceptable but would still arrive in time so waited, still no taxi, called again now not bothering to answer the call? Called again now late and annoyed was told could not get a driver, be at least??!!!! Don’t waste your time with this firm !! They have no care for their customers

   First journey fine, nice clean taxi, cheap enough fare, booked second taxi for the next day via app and randomly cancelled it in the morning! Got a taxi the day after, excellent driver (Patrick), cheap fare again, very clean.

   AVOID - There are better taxi firms in Bognor Ace Taxis is a friendly local and reliable taxi firm in Bognor Regis town centre. The problem with endorsing your own company is that you can pack it full of lies. Taxi ordered two days in advance and promised a 5 seater for an extremely IMPORTANT event. Not only did they fail to provide the promised vehicle at the promised time, they made absolutely no effort to rectify the problem. I cannot begin to explain how disgusted I am with this poor excuse of a taxi company.
