    What a joke! Taxi was booked well in advance for 6:30pm, didn’t turn up. Called to be told it would be 10 minutes…waited 10 minutes…and nothing. Called again to be told it would be another 35 minutes! Then I find out they’ve sent a taxi for the wrong number of passengers! They have one thing to do which is provide taxis to their customer’s and they can’t even do that! Will have to find another taxi service for future as Veezu can’t be trusted!

    If it was possible to leave a Zero, I would. We pre-booked a seven seater for our Christmas Staff night, not only did not turn up at 5 pm. But At 5:20 they then sent one normal size taxi which parked up the road from the address given where the staff had been waiting outside since 4:50pm and subsequently drove off. We had an event booked at 5:30pm in Portsmouth which we had paid in full and due to our lateness we lost £150. Do not rely on this taxi service.

    I am NOK and care for my elderly, frail and vulnerable father from afar. In brief, my father has been very depressed lately and started to drink in excess at local pubs/clubs and was using Bridge Cars/Veezu taxis on a very regular basis. During this period, he lost his credit card, thousands of pounds cash and was repeatedly charged by Bridge/Veezu Cars for soiling the taxi, which was impossible as he wore tight incontinence pants. I requested Bridge/Veezu Cars on no less than 6 occasions that they investigate this case and report back if his card or money was found. Moreover, who the Taxi drivers were charging my vulnerable Father £50 a shot for just passing wind in their cars - where were the Invoices to evidence the valeting of their cars. I never received one reply or satisfactory answer. My strong recommendation is to stay clear - they have no Customer Care policy whatsoever and vulnerable individuals will be exploited by their Taxi driver partners.

    Absolutely appalling service – never again! Booked through the Aqua Cars (now Veezu) app, got confirmation, and even an alert saying the taxi was just 3 minutes away — so we went outside and waited. Guess what? No taxi ever turned up. This wasn’t a one-off either — our entire group had three separate bookings, and not a single one arrived. When we called the controller, we were told there were no cars available and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour! Completely unacceptable after confirming our rides. We ended up using Uber instead — quick, reliable, and actually turned up. Aqua Cars / Veezu have gone completely downhill. Unreliable, disorganised, and a total waste of time. I’ll never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them too.

    Booked a taxi over the phone (as an airport run and 24 hours before travel website said call don't email). Veezu use foreign call centres Pakistan and person I spoke to didn't give me confidence her level of English was that great. I was FURIOUS when my taxi turned up at 4.20am instead of 4.20pm (despite being very clear in my instructions as booking this over the phone could allow mistakes and even more so as this person didn't seem very fluent in English). Taxi turned up at 4.20am and driver (not his fault) phoned me and woke me and my wife and I had to dazed and confused explain they had sent him at 4.20am by mistake. I then had to call the call centre again when after a sleepless night in the morning I needed to check that my taxi would later turn up at the correct time of 4.20pm. It's not that difficult, just have UK staff taking bookings! I later discovered Veezu have fired the Aquacars Portsmouth bookings team and outsourced to Pakistan. I am appalled!!! Won't use again for all the reasons above despite driver who later picked me up being professional and without fault. The 4.20am "wake up call" error was maddening and wouldn't have happened if they didnt put profit over service using a non UK based call centre!

    I have to congratulate this company for hiring Stanley, that man was amazing I felt like I had paid a lot of money to have the kind of experience he gave me and my housemate. Genuinely had the right vibe and attitude. BOSSMAN he is!!

    Always polite and helpful on the phone and when I have pre booked a taxi for a certain time,if I finished my shopping earlier then they would have a car straight out to me if it wasn’t busy! So helpful! And the drivers are also very polite and chatty and always help me carry my shopping to my front door! Very helpful!

    I want to give a zero star review if I could. Got our booking wrong and then the lady in the office was extremely rude when I simply asked if I could speak to a manager. They charged us more than was agreed in the booking when was booked nearly a week in advanced. Before covid, Bridge cars was the best in town but now clearly employ the rudest people ever! Stop using bridge cars! I have a recording i am more than happy to share. Kaz was the rudest person I've never I've ever come across

    Friend pre-booked two weeks ago a 7 seater, did it arrive? Fek no. Did they let us know? NO. We phoned them to find out where our SEVEN seater was and got sent two small cars, TWENTY MINUTES APART!!
