   Very horrible experience. I wish I can give 0 star. There's nothing five star about this taxi. I was charged higher rate. Expensive. Yet the taxi guy took me to an address that's different from the one I Gave to him. Was very late for my appointment as I had to walk!

   I had four separate journeys to book yesterday. All needing precise timings. The people in the office were extremely helpful and arranged and booked all four. The friendly drivers ensured all the journeys went well and on time. The journeys were wonderfully inexpensive.

   Hello Star cars (Fri 21 June 2024) We just wanted to say Darrell, was an excellent driver He delivered us home all the way from bognor to our house with a lovely attitude And we wanted to give him a shout out to say thank you for being such a great driver and to let Star cars know they have a real good driver there!    I can thoroughly recommend 5 star taxis. Last month I used them to take my son, daughter in law and grandson to Heathrow. Andy was their driver and I’m told he was really helpful and the Mercedes MPV, was spacious and comfortable . There was also no problem for him to stop for my pregnant daughter in law when she needed a ‘comfort break!’ Booking the journey was easy and the company was very accommodating using our own car seat for the toddler. The whole experience was professional and a pleasure. We will certainly use them again.

   One star service from 5 star taxis, Taxi booked for 10.00pm collection from the Magna for three OAP' Ladies, No show Taxi Service, despite calls & waiting, OAP's had to walk home Poor Service No shows.

   First 2 times booking they arrive late and the drivers just don't care. I thought I would give them one last chance.... Booked a taxi an hour in advance, the gentleman was very polite and explained it may be a few minutes late. At the time I was due to be picked up, he rang and cancelled with no alternative or compensation for the trouble. The taxi due to me was still over 20mins late even if he could have made it... but apparently it ran into "trouble!". Frankly it's disgusting service, if I would have known in advance then I could sort my plans. Subsequently I will not be using five-star again.

   Booked a Taxi a few days in advance of an event I was attending. I had to be at a coach station for onward travel so I booked the taxi with plenty of time to spare. The day and time arrived… no taxi… 15 minutes passed… no taxi. I called to see what was going on and was met with ‘yes, it’ll be with you soon.’ 25 minutes… no taxi… 45 minutes (this was my onward travel was due to leave). Called again and was told he was there and waited for 10 minutes, then left. I was waiting from 5 minutes prior to collection until the 45 minute final call. All the time on the pavement. I explained why I wanted the taxi and asked what they were going to do about the fact they’d forgotten me. I was met with “well you’ve missed your onward travel, haven’t you”. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever received from a Taxi firm. I highly recommend avoiding them. Next time I’ll order an Uber!

   So upset, taxi driver did not arrive to take us to our coach. Booked at 4.30pm for 7.40am next day pickup. Was told it hadn't been put on the system by night staff. Rang other taxi companies and was told they'd let a lot of people down this morning. We have now lost our holiday as they didn't have anyone to take us to the next stop!!! Very disappointed as have used them before and it was fine but a lot of money has now been lost through no fault of our own.
