   The problem with using this company along with Bridge Taxis and Streamline Taxis is they are owned by the same person so they don't care if they give a bad service, as they have a virtual monopoly of taxi services in the Gosport area. Bridge Cars were late in picking me up to catch train, which they knew I had to catch.When I rang dispatcher to complain and to remind him they weren't the only cab company in Gosport he said"you better use one of them then in the future". Driver did his best but gave me a receipt on a piece of paper and not an official one. Gosport Council have a lot to answer for allowing this monopoly of licenced taxi services overseen and issued by them.

   Car arrived on time. Driver was appalling. No social skills and driving at least 25+ above speed limit.pretty terrifying ride and markedly higher cost than other taxis that we have used

   Just want to say thank you Hardway Cabs for failing to turn up last night. Taxi pre-booked for 7:50pm. Was waiting outside from 7:40. Gave up waiting at 8:15. Guys, if you don't want to do the short journeys, don't take the booking...simples ! :-(

   Booked yesterday to go to Fareham and back, confirmed by them. Called me an hour before they were due to pick up to say they had no car available. Used to be a good company, now totally unreliable. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
