   FBC came highly recommended from a family member who used their services and I can't describe how glad I am I took the advice and used them to deal with a divorce. The solicitor I dealt with, Chloe, was professional, quick to respond and explained everything clearly and effectively at every step along the way. They're not the cheapest but it's true that you get what you pay for, and in the case of a divorce, paying for a top quality solicitor has saved me tens of thousands in settlement costs.

   Business / Commercial Planning Law Suzanne Tucker was our legal representative in our application for a certificate of lawfulness for the established use of a class B8 storage facility. From the outset she took the time to listen and to understand our needs, she kept us well informed and worked with absolute vigour to achieve success in what was a very drawn out and politically compromised application. A superb line of communication was maintained throughout the whole process.    Adam, Julie and Mia set the bar for solicitors standards. All communication is proactive, prompt and well communicated through email and calls. I have had several property sales and also brought a house using them and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. I was safe in the knowledge that my team were doing the best for me and also not delaying anything. All advice is offered without issue and in a way which anyone can understand.    What can we say, what a fantastic service Adam and the team (Mia,Julie, Andrew) at FBC (Telford) went above and beyond throughout, when dealing with our purchase and sale. We had a very difficult purchase due to the sellers conveyancers being very slow and near impossible to get in contact with. However, Adam ensured that the process was as stress free as possible given the circumstances. He was very thorough and ensured that all aspects were covered and correctly addressed. We had a tight deadline to work too for the move and Adam did not disappoint and ensured the deadlines were met and pushed continually to ensure this. Very professional, polite and responsive. Adam even ensured that we were updated by his fellow colleagues, even when he was unable to contact us personally due to being engaged with other clients. We can not fault the service or team. 5* service, would highly recommend and goes above and beyond! You would be silly not to choose them as your solicitors! Absolutely fantastic!
