   We have used Fairfares (Buster and Luke) for a few years now and wouldn’t use anyone else, we have atound 3-4 airport journeys a year and they have always been on time and never let us down. When their car broke down on one pick up they sorted out another taxi company to pick us up rather than be stranded. My friends also now use them and they are amazing.

   We arrived home from holiday early hours this morning after having the pleasure of a return drop off and pick up from fairfares. I booked months ago via messenger and was quoted an excellent price for 4 of us from Gosport to Gatwick and back again. Both trips were early hours of the mornimg and the drivers turned up promptly for both, even with a delay on the returning flight the driver was there waiting for us. Both guys were friendly and chatty. Could not fault the whole process and would definitely recommend to anyone to use fairfares for any of your taxi needs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Absolutely gutted with the service from this company, after a year overseas I managed to get home and see friends and family, we went out and had a lovely night and pre booked a taxi for 2330, the taxi never turned up and after a phone call they tried to tell our party that we booked for 2310 and the taxi waited for 20 minutes, an outright lie and it ended up us pulling a friend from his family to give us a lift home, an embarresment to the taxi community and shouldn't be relied on what so ever. If you book with this company make sure you pack youre walking shoes as you're going to need them.

   Booked a taxi for 11:30. Turned up 'apparently' 20 mins early (we were stood outside) and left us on the road with a 10 month old. Would NEVER book again.

   Would leave zero stars if possible. Pre booked a 6 seater taxi for a special 50th birthday celebration - called Fair Fares on morning to clarify address pick up and time and all ok. Taxi then failed to show up - numerous telephone calls failed to answer and phone was switched to answer machine. As a result we missed our table booking for the birthday celebration which was so disappointing. No contact from Fair Fares from my voice mails left - only had reply when i messaged to cancel a July airport booking i had with them due to this poor service (no way would i trust this company to pick me up for an holiday airport service) The company then said they had a mix up with dates and in the diary for following evening - this was completely untrue as i had actually clarified the booking that morning and was told all was ok for the evening pick up. Extremely unprofessional. Will not use ever again.

   Couldn't fault this father and son company. Needed to take a taxi to Heathrow at 2.30am, they weren't even late, actually slightly early. Very friendly and helpful. So much so we have booked them this year for an 8 seater cab.
