    Terrible Company. Phoned the day before to INSIST that someone was available to take delivery. Took the day off work, and at 16:30 i rang to be informed that driver will not be attending me to day as his tail lift was faulty. I said no problem i have manpower available to lift of lorry, but then advisor started to think of another excuse to try get out of delivering my delivery. In the end she said she would get back to me and at 17:02 i phoned them to only to hear a message that they where closed for the weekend. So who is going to compensate me for my day lost earning, I will also have to take another day off on Monday, IF THEY CAN BE BOTHERED TO TURN UP THEN, plus the money paid for 2 Day delivery to the reseller of the product, when delivery is now going to be 5 days! I hate companies like this who LIE LIE LIE there way out of incompetence. You know i would have been miffed, but understanding if she just said they have run out of time and can't get to me today and said Sorry! LIARS STEVE PORTER TRANSPORT
