Had most my ppi dealt with by this company without any problems, until June 2021 when tax office wrote stating they sent a check to crystal legal this is when my problems began tried ringing emailing and writing to them but waste of time now having trouble with tax refund at tax office because of this company so to this wouldn't recommend them
Still waiting from June 22 for payments one for myself and one for my husband both from HMRC
If you’re owed any money forget it they are going through liquidation I was ment to get get a tax rebate they got sent the cheque from Inland Revenue and have keeper the whole amount several emails and complaint ignored
Was advised by Inland Revenue of a tax Refund in June 2022. Inland Revenue sent the cheque to Crystal Legal Services. Despite numerous emails/phone calls since then I am still waiting to hear what has happened to it.
This company filed for voluntary liquidation in July 2022 so little chance of any overpaid tax being returned. They owe HMRC over £78000.
contacted me over 2 yrs ago and persuaded me into claiming for a miss sold bank account. 2yrs later and numerous signatures taken from me every few months I still have not received anything. They blame it on my bank every time.
Love them, one of the nicest and most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. They put you at ease straight away, and after a few weeks of using their services not only were they totally successful, they actually care about their clients. First class company, would 100% recommend.
So pleased with crystal legal service. A really friendly company . So easy to claim back ppi ,in less than two months I've recieved my first cheque . Kept up to date with where the claim was from a team, where from the first phone call, helpful, friendly advice.
Outstanding results, I didn't think they were going to be able to get anything further from the banks and credit card companies as I had already received settlement of my PPI claims. However these guys seem to be in the "getting blood out of stones business " Well do and thank you for your help.
Buy cheap, you get cheap. Crystal Legal are very open and honest regarding their fees. Any questions/enquiries with them have always been dealt with promptly. Communications have been clear and friendly. I have no complaints re this Company and would recommend them to my friends and family.
