Absolutely amazing .. the groomer is I'd say one of the best.. her knowledge is astounding. Great with all breeds and also so much patience woth those dogs that have never been groomed or have had bad experiences .
Liane took such great care of our Chihuahua. He’s generally quite a nervous dog but he was looked after so well. Came back happy and very well groomed. Highly recommend.
Hugo went for his first full groom today and he walked in looking like a big black cloud and a shaking mess. He is so fluffy and puffy that he was really matted and dreadlocked so the decision was made to shave him and start fresh, and wow what a transformation Liane has done!! I picked him up and he was a completely new dog! He could see everything and was so happy bouncing around with his new hair do! Liane was so helpful helping me decide what service to pick before I booked him in and even gave me tips beforehand on how to deal with the matted knots! Hugo also had some extra Christmas treatments and his soft as anything. His walking around a lot lighter and also a lot happier! Wouldn’t take Hugo to anyone else now as cannot fault the service we received. We even came away with a Christmas card and a little treat bag for Hugo. Liane spent time fussing Hugo to get him comfortable before I left him and also gave him so much praise during the groom! Brilliant groomer and would recommend 100%. Thanks again xx
Liane is fantastic with my dogs, she is kind and patient with them and I trust her implicitly to take care of them while they’re with her. I trust her advice and professionalism. She is excellent at what she does and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else! She’s fab!
