Went here today for the first time for an emergency DVT scan and was very impressed. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful in booking a future appointment for me. I saw a guy called Adam who was fabulous very helpful, explained everything to me he is a credit to the service....cant fault him.
I have had a great deal of difficulty getting a face to face appointment with my gp (as have most folks), and as I have already had 2 dvts I was concerned because I thought I was developing another. I telephoned Westbourne Ave clinic and explained my dilemma and the chap I spoke to (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was the most helpful nhs clinician that I have dealt with in years. His advice, guidance and concern was outstanding. He deserves recognition for his dedication. Thank you
Just been to the Westbourne Medical centre in Hull and I would just to thank the staff for the care and treatment my husband experienced. The 2 nurse were excellent they put him at ease and explained what to expect and do. It was a really good appointment, thanks to Sherrie and Emily hope the names are right. I was early for my appointment. Everyone was lovely & kind from the 2 receptionists to the 2 nurses who looked after me. I'm scared of needles & they were so patient with me. Thank You Kind Nurses. Every where was clean & spotless with lots of sanitizer.

Absolutely disgusted with the service my mum received today. She attended for a Duplex scan which she had an emergency appointment booked for and was turned away because they where running behind and was nearly home time. The only saving grace was the lovely nurse who asked 3 times if they could see her as it was urgent as they thought she could have a blood clot! You should be disgusted with yourself’s turning people away with potential life threatening illnesses!!
