Was a customer of footprints for a long time and went regularly. Was 5.mins late for an appointment due to a traffic jam and was told my appointment was now cancelled when I got there. Treated appallingly and not even offered an alternative appointment. Shocking customer service and will never use again.
I have been a patient of David the Osteopath for many years after treatment offered by the NHS was lacking, I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tuberous Schlarosis Diabetes and Asthma,leaving me in constant agonising pain, since my first appointment which was an assesment he has proved how good he is with knowledge and impiracle knowledge ,offering varied treatments,Under the Umbrella of Osteopathy, Acupuncture, honestly my conditions are incurable but His treatment helps immensely, with less reliance on Supplementary Pain killers, I go every 4 weeks and look forward to the treatment and personable character.
Gillian is a superb chiropodist, very experienced and professional. Feet feel amazing when she’s finished. She’s such a lovely chatty person I could never go to anyone else.
I used the clinic for an ingrown toenail problem. Perfect service throughout. Could not think of anything they could improve on. When booking my appointment the lady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also I got a pre call before my appointment. On arrival there was a trainee receptionist who was also brilliant. I saw Karan who was great, she was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. She managed to remove the part of the nail which was ingrown, the relief was instant. She gave me good advice and Evan told me I had a fungal problem on the same foot and how to sort it. The price was also reasonable. 100% recommend
I have a long-term foot problem which requires chiropodist's attention every so often. After moving to Hull and leaving behind my brilliant chiropodist, I have been to 3 different specialists around Hull and they have only managed to bearly sort my problem out for a very short period of time (1 month when previous experience was up to 12 months). Footprints specialist was very motivated to help me and suggested a completely new approach. It's been two months and I'm ever so greatful as so far so good!!
