    Useless have been waiting all day for my parcel, no answer from customer services on Twitter, Facebook and the phone line is automated. Just another example of big companies that don't care about their customers. Disgusted.

    This is not a DHL Parcel Service Point, you cannot drop your DHL Parcels off here as I just discovered having wasted time and (now rather expensive) fuel finding out. Staff nice enough and apologetic but at the end of the day it's not a DHL Parcel Service Point.
