I don't know why this shop is registered as an Evri Parcel shop. If the in store printer is actually working, which is rare & they have Evri recept cards which was also rare before Email recept then then can't take your parcel even with your own printed label.... because "they don't have room for the parcel as Evri have not collected"... when I left quietly without comment, " I received "well there was no need for that" well I apologise if my silence offended you, just think how offended you would have been had I actually told you how I felt... I give up using this shop for anything, the staff are far from helpful, if they even acknowledge your presence in the shop. I use to work in retail management & would not complain without cause.
