   I came to get medicine here and they made an appointment for 4 o'clock and today also they continue to make an appointment for me at 4 o'clock tomorrow, they are not sure about anything while I need medicine for treatment so disappointing

   Shocking service , I tried the NHS pharmacy 1st on Saturday morning . The lady on the phone at 9am was rude , obnoxious and un professional. She should do her job and let the pharmacist do theirs, she is not a pharmacist, jumped up little shop assistant

   Well equipped and staffed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I needed but ordered it for the next time I went 2 days later and they had it available. Plus it is very reasonably priced.

   Inquired about ear cleaning service as I have a perforated eardrum. When getting the book to book a consultation the healthcare assistant told me it would be £15 each ear (which the ear cleaning woman didn't mention). So I said I would think about it (not very happy the earcleaning woman never mentioned a cost for only looking in my ear. It would them be a futher £35 to clean one ear). I said I was only making sure they could actually clean my ear with a perforated eardrum and I wanted to ask my partner if he wanted one so it could be booked together. When the ear cleaning woman came back the healthcare assistant said "the woman is having second thoughts she can't afford it" I was so embarrassed not once did I say I couldn't afford it. If that's what they think and say about there customers when people don't want to pay £15 to look in one ear its disgusting. Will avoid this place now and look for the service elsewhere which is patent focused not money focused. Very judgmental and clearly judging me on my appearance (i had just come from the gym so didn't look my best at all)

   Such friendly Staff, and as a independent Chemist they can get all presciption items. They are so helpful to the community even when it gets busy the staff stay calm. I have always found a fast service, I may have been lucky, they always want to help, who ever you are, young or old.

   I recently had some ear wax removed via micro-suction at Morrill Pharmacy. Diane did a great job, she talked me through the procedure before she started and kept me informed as to what she was doing throughout the process. When Diane had finished it was great to be able to hear clearly. If this is something you are thinking of having done, I would recommend Diane at Morrill Pharmacy. A fantastic and friendly service.
