I can highly recommend Robyn, I was struggling to cut my nervous whippets nails. Thankfully I found Robyn!! After only a couple of appointments Jessie was comfortable with Robyn and she could cut her nails with no issues. She’s great and gives Jessie lots of fuss. I wouldn’t go anywhere else xx

My dog is an older nervous rescue dog I tried other groomers before I tried Robyn I just wasn’t impressed with the cut. Now we won’t go any where else, Robyn is so patient with him, and she cuts him beautifully. I don’t know how she manages to do what she does because he wont even let me brush him . When my Charlie boy walks out from his groom he has an extra bounce in his walk .
Robyn's a 1-2-1 groomer which was highest on my priority list. Having seen and experienced other groomers leaving dogs in crates in separate rooms or outdoor kennels before and after grooms, I never wanted to experience hearing my girl cry in a back crate again. Robyn will let you know the groom is nearly finished so pickups are swift. The grooms are also thorough and impeccable. Freya's had two grooms and I haven't been disappointed, while previous groomers have left knots and burrs deep in her coat while reporting she was an easy groom. I also love the booking system through the app. Others may prefer phone calls, but knowing I can request a groom at any time of day, and not interrupt any current grooms, is just an extra convenience I haven't experienced before. 10/10.
We take our Presa Canario to Robyn and he is always looked after, groomed well and his coat stays shiny and clean for weeks, sometimes months after the appointment. Couldn't be happier. Our dog is not dog friendly and the fact that Robyn can accommodate to his needs makes her extra amazing. Last but not least, her prices are fantastic. I recommend you all give her a try if you want your dog to be very well looked after.
Robyn is wonderful with my dog Percy! She listens to what I want for him and clips him perfectly. She goes the extra mile to help out and cares so much for the dogs in her care. I can highly recommend her.
Superb service, lovely greeting to us and our Old Lab Retriever Max, Max is not keen on been groomed, however Robyn gave him lots of fusses and he was as good boy. I can not rate Robyn highly enough. Its was also nice to be able to support the local independant pet shop whilst there.
Fantastic !!!! Nothing was too much trouble. My dog looked fantastic and more to the point really enjoyed it. I would thoroughly recommend this service to any one in the Northampton Bugbrooke area.
