Jen really does know her stuff. My daughter's dog was not at all stressed when we picked him up, and looked like a new pup. So pleased with his grooming session Thanks Jen, we will be back.
I have been using Smartiepups for years, so though it was about time I wrote a review. With two terriers, a fluffy girl who likes anything disgusting to roll in and a rescue girl who is highly reactive to anything that makes her uncomfortable, they are definitely a challenge. Jennifer has the patients and has taken the time to work with both of them with two very different needs she has put them both at ease and now as soon at they get out of the car I am pulled into the salon as they can't wait to see her. Every visit they are pampered, come out looking amazing and smelling great.
Molly just loves her pamper sessions. Always happy to be left, well looked after and comes back looking and smelling gorgeous.
