Been with Surgery many years, just out of local convenience for myself. A lot of people say they aren’t great and in the past I did have a few long waits etc, but recently they’ve been great, contacted me when needed and even rang me after some blood tests came back. The Doctor and myself had a very informative chat on the telephone about some of my results and how to improve the figures. I recommend trying them. Thanks to the full team at Park View.

I would give this practice 11 stars if I were possible. While I recognize that frontline staff can come across as "difficult" they're often juggling clinical need with access to often limited resources. Which is why their recorded messages, promote NHS 111 to urgent treatment centers. The staff at this practice work collectively very hard, to benefit their patients with the very best in compassionate, effective and best care. My elderly in-laws have complex and varying medical needs, which are addressed and managed thoroughly from start to end. The principal clinician is exceptionally talented and has the benefit of support from a small but effective staff. My advice to nay-sayers is to consider treating people as you would prefer yourself. High handed or condescending attitudes may be reciprocated. After all who goes to work to be verbally offended. A little kindness will go a very long way. Thank you for your service Park View.

Awful service. I've been several times about certain health conditions. Doctors refusing to make referrals. Keep telling me to up dose of medication even though there is no effect. Palmed my son off with antibiotics even though he wasn't unwell. I've been accused of making things up and they lie about what is said and discussed on telephone appointments. Only been with this GP for about a year and definitely changing to go somewhere where the patients are actually valued and listened to.

Receptionists need a lesson or 10 in customer service! Following my telephone appointment my doctor instructed me to arrange an ECG and blood test with reception, the awful telephone line kept trying to refer me to the website but when I eventually got through I said why I was calling and they rudely butted in, I was being perfectly polite so I asked if I could finish my sentence and they instantly went on defensive telling me to calm down, really felt like they were trying to provoke a reaction so they didn’t have to deal with my call. Perhaps employ people with a little patience compassion and empathy seen as they have no idea what a person is going through when they call!

This surgery is like going back in time to the horrible years of Covid. I’ve visited hospitals and dentists which have gone back to the friendly “would you like to make another appointment” on your way out, this place you still have to leave via the back door! And there is never anyone waiting and you never see another member of staff walking the corridors. Luckily I don’t have to visit the doctors very often and they keep on top of my cholesterol as failed to let me know it was very high for a year but they did take full responsibility for this. The doctor I see is very good but the way it’s run with the very rude reception staff that are giving the whole surgery a bad name. I think it could be easily rectified if they made a few changes.

My experience with the receptionist was absolutely disgusting. How could someone get away with such nasty attitude towards people coming for some help? Bye Bye Park View surgery

Delayed my fertility treatment, took months just to try and sort out a welfare form (which they tried charging me for). Once I moved practice, it was done on the same day and without a charge. Receptionist is so rude (Dr Lee's wife), putting her hand infront of my face saying she was busy. Considering they knew what we were going through, the duty of care and empathy given were disgusting. Plus they think it's good practice to slap a feedback survey on your leg whilst you're still getting seen to... Wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy. 1 star is generous, would give less if I could.

Shocking service, poor duty of care from reception and administration staff, lack of empathy and disgusting attitude! Tried to charge us £50 to complete a form which is under the NHS and not a private clinic, sent an invoice and only agreed that we didn't have to pay once I rang another GP practice and HRI which clarified we didn't have to pay. Begs the question, what are they charging other patients for that they shouldn't be!?

A phone call was answered within a few minutes and a very helpful receptionist made a telephone appointment with a doctor the same day. She was empathetic and reassuring but also gave advice on what to do if our situation worsened before doctor phoned later that day. The doctor phoned at the time promised and was very thorough and booked us into the same day care ward at HRI , couldn’t have been more understanding, clear and supportive. Service at HRI was speedy and thorough, couldn’t have had a more satisfactory outcome within a few hours.

Absolutely disgraceful receptionist. No quality care or help. We work on no news is good news, not a great way to talk as results can be lost and missed. That's how you talk to your patients.. my daughter. That's not caring for your patients. Whom keep you in a job.
