I am writing this review because everytime I have been here. The young girls are so snotty. They look at people like crap. Full of attitude. Its put me off going back there. Costs nothing to be polite. If you can't do customer services and be nice find another job. To many young ones like this now. Entitled. Stop with he attitude and do the job
Right i went to specsavers last thursday to look for new glassess this was in beverley. So i picked 2 frames but obviously i can not see what they look like because there is no way to see what they look like because there is no magnifying mirror. They do have a couple of magnifying hand mirrors like my granny had on her dressing table in the 70s but could find them. Its 2025 and now and i think you need to do better than that
The optician was really friendly, kind and patient. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained everything really well/thoroughly. She put my daughter at ease. She’s already looking forward to her next appointment! Would highly recommend, thanks so much
Went into shop on Tuesday to see if my glasses could be tightened, I’ve been struggling to keep them from slipping down. The man was lovely and heated and bent them to fit around my ears. I’m so impressed he was so good. Thank you!
I have recently moved over to Specsavers from another wellknown high street brand. I have to say that the whole experience from booking, the test, the range of specs and the followup support has been excellent! The Beverley branch isn't very big but it has lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff available. I like the fact that they are not pushy or salesy, just genuinely interested in getting you the right pair of specs for your needs and budget. Highly recommended!
My mum who is 81 went for her glasses after having a cataract operation. Apart from one young man working in the Beverley branch the rest of the staff are unbelievablely disrespectful, unprofessional and have no regard for the elderly customer. We went for lunch and told the staff about the appalling service and was told that they are known for their service and Beverley people don't go there! Disgraceful from start to finish!
Very good. Staff brilliant. Very patient and explained everything.....especially the young man who sorted last test and sorted and measured frames etc....excellent.
I had an appointment yesterday for sight test (with Simon) can honestly say it was the most thorough check I’ve ever had! His explanations were clear and very well explained. Following this I had my contact lens check ( with the other Simon) I have seen Simon before and he is always very helpful always good have a chat! The icing on the cake was picking my new glasses with Lacey. A huge thank you to her. She guided me through the minefield of picking the right frames, with information that I had no idea before. No more glasses sliding down my nose now I know what to look for. She is a great asset to the store. Fantastic customer service skills. Look forward to picking up my new glasses soon.
Went for my check up, 08-30 appointment, how nice was that? Walk through a nearly deserted Beverley to find Specsavers already open and waiting for me. Seemed as though I was straight in to have the preliminary tests done then waited less than 2 minutes to have the main parts of the check up sorted. All very good, all very streamlined without any feeling of being rushed. Then came the bit I hate, choosing new frames! Helped initially by a very busy member of staff and the girl meeting and greeting but obviously they had other work to do. Thankfully a lovely gentleman came along to help, obviously knew his stuff offering good advice and suggestions. He stayed with me throughout the choosing, initial fit and payment part and I left feeling as if I'd had a very good shopping experience. I appreciated the continuing attention to COVID regulations, the cleanliness of everything and the way they worked round me wearing my mask, think this is very important. Thank you to all the staff who assisted me and treated me like a person not a commodity.
